Jiangsu Huachang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a core subsidiary of Jiangsu Huachang Group Limited. Our company specializes in the manufacture of basic chemicals, fine chemicals and biochemicals.

After more than thirty years of development, our company has reached a considerable scale with fixed assets of 180 million RMB. There are over 1200 employees, including more than 200 technical engineers. In the year of 2003, our company was relocated into a new 150-hectare site located in Yangtze River International Chemical Industry Park. The designed capacities of our products are 600,000 metric tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 metric tons of soda ash, 660,000 metric tons of ammonium chloride, 600,000 metric tons of urea, 1,000,000 metric tons of compound fertilizer, 100,000 metric tons of methanol, 20,000 metric tons of dimethyl carbonate, 20,000 metric tons of propanediol, 3,000 metric tons of hexahydro-1H-azepine, 500 metric tons of sodium bornhydride and 1,000 metric tons of biochemical products. They are in total estimated to 5 billion RMB of sales income and half billion RMB of net income. Our products sell well not only in China, but also in Southeast Asia, South Korea and other countries and regions.

Our company has won a high reputation in the industry. We were awarded with many honors from government and industry authorities in the past years. Our company became one of the top 100 chemical enterprises in China in 1993 and has been enlisted every year since then. Our company attained the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 certification in 2002.

We pay attention to environmentally-friendly manufacture. Our company has been leading the industry in terms of unit energy consumption. We have two proprietary techniques, including low heating-value cinder burner and closed-circuit recycling of gas-producing effluent. They have been promoted industry-wide by Ministry of Chemical Industry.
